The Association of the Students of the Faculty of Horticulture (A.S.F.H.)
The Association of the Students of the Faculty of Horticulture (A.S.F.H.) is a non-governmental and non-profit organization within the Faculty of Horticulture.
A.S.F.H. aims at:
- efending and promoting the professional, social, cultural and material interrelations of the students of the Faculty of Horticulture, as well as respecting the democratic human rights and freedoms;
- promoting the free flow of information between its members as well as members of other student organizations.
The association wants to involve many students in projects and activities that contribute to their personal and professional development.
A.S.F.H. is part of two federations, one local and one national. The Convention of Student Organizations from Craiova: is an NGO that brings together all student organizations at the University of Craiova. Together we are members of UNSR - The Romanian National Student Union, a national organization for students from all over Romania.
Our team members are students, bachelor's degree or master's degree, and we also have the teachers’ support, who show both understanding and much interest in providing advice.
The Association of the Students of the Faculty of Horticulture in Craiova (A.S.F.H.) organizes for several years, events that have become a true tradition for the Faculty of Horticulture, projects that have charitable, personal and professional development goals for students, such as:

The Association of Students of the Faculty of Horticulture from Craiova participates in various projects in partnership with the University of Craiova and its 12 NGOs:
- "DOLJ COUNTY IN POINT OF FOOD"
- "BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, BELIEVE IN UNIVERSITY OF CRAIOVA"
- "STUDENTS FESTIVAL"
- "HELP THEM OUT FROM THE LITTLE THAT YOU HAVE!"

Our volunteer students organize different dinners, and also student parties, allowing them to make new friends and to exchange ideas with students from other organizations: Freshmen Prom as well as, small gifts for women on 1st and 8th of March , teambulding #asfh #osppec #asfl.
